Usually, Kimbab is a mixture of rice, laver and other ingredients all together. Typically, Chungmu Kimbab also consists of both rice and laver, but separetely accompanied by side dished, including radish kimchi, spicy cuttlefish or mussel dish with hot pepper paste or others, and was literally originated from Chungmu city, later renamed Tongyeong, and was sailors' staple food for a long vayage on the sea.
