History of the Sister City Agreement & Exchanges

• 2014.10.20. The two cities discuss and confirms the need for inter-city exchanges
• 2014.08.13. 10 persons including city officials and the descendants of Commander Jin Lin from Yunfu visit Tongyeong and attend the opening ceremony of Hansan Battle Festival
• 2014.10.19. ~ 10.21. Mayor of Tongyeong visits Yunfu and confirms the need for inter-city exchanges with the vice mayor of Yunfu
• 2015.03.05. Mayor of Tongyeong visits Yunfu and signs the letter of intent for sister city agreement
• 2015.04.25. ~ 10.15. Public officials from Yunfu visit Tongyeong for a 6-month training
• 2015.08.11. ~ 14. 15 persons including the vice secretary of Yunfu municipal government office and the descendants of Commander Jin Lin visit Tongyeong
